David L. Rollins, MD, FACS, is a vascular surgeon and a lead physician at Northeast Ohio Vascular Associates (NEOVA), a state-of-the-art medical practice located in Willoughby, Ohio. Serving residents from communities across the greater Cleveland area, Dr. Rollins specializes in providing first-rate, comprehensive care to patients affected by a wide range of vein and artery conditions.

Dr. Rollins believes that patient care always comes first, and that successful treatment begins by listening attentively to each patient. “We’re a small and personal practice with a goal of excellence,” he says. “Every one of my patients can expect individual care and attention from me.” His main areas of expertise include arterial bypass, carotid artery disease, aneurysm treatment, peripheral vascular disease (PVD), peripheral artery disease (PAD), venous disease, and wound care.

Dr. Rollins received his medical degree from the University of Health Sciences at Chicago Medical School. He went on to complete his residency in general surgery at the University of Connecticut/Hartford Hospital and his fellowship in vascular surgery at the Medical College of Wisconsin in Milwaukee. In addition to being board-certified in vascular surgery, Dr. Rollins is Medical Director of the Wound Care Center at Lake Health West Medical Center and a distinguished member of the Society for Vascular Surgery.
